Contract Management

Piemme Group has developed training courses dedicated to the discipline of Contract Management (or Contract Administration). The goal is to improve the skills, both from the cultural and practical-methodological point of view, of those who have the role of "contract manager".

This is a very specialized discipline, and often not adequately evaluated in its relevance: what are the impacts on the project that derive from an insufficient or inadequate capacity to understand and manage situations in an "adequate" way from the contractual point of view? How many disputes could be avoided or mitigated by knowing how to properly manage contractual instruments?

The main objective of our training proposal is the diffusion of "a technical-legal culture that is able to improve the behaviors and practices of the people working on the project", providing the skills necessary for the proper conduct of contracts throughout the life cycle of themselves. More simply: "Put knowledge on the work".

Recipients

Features and objectives

The courses are characterized by the presence, among the teachers, of national and international experts highly qualified in the discipline for significant experience gained in the field.

The approach is aimed at giving effective awareness to the operators that at every moment of the life of a project there is a risk of the occurrence of litigation and it is therefore necessary to work to be in a position to defend their interests in the best possible way.

The cultural orientation is directed to "know how" as well as to "knowing".
The reference model is that of AACE International's practices.
