Project Control
Even today it happens that the Project Control is confused with some forms of Cost Accounting whose contribution, in terms of added value, is very modest.
In its most extensive and current interpretation, the Project Control is a discipline consisting of a set of processes that, interacting constantly with each other, are carried out in parallel throughout the entire life cycle of a Project by the whole community interested in the realization of the same.
